Again, in some penile lengthening surgery techniques; penis extension enlargement surgeries are mostly based on cutting out the suspensor ligament, which is the suspensor ligament of the penis between the subcutaneous and bone between the pubic bone and the penis root, and removing the part of the penis that remains in the body. What should be known is that this surgery increases the length of the penis in the normal position, not in erection. In other words, there is no change in the dimensions of the erection. The biggest risk of this surgery is that the stability of the penis may decrease in erection. I do not apply this method and do not recommend it.
Again, sometimes, due to incorrect circumcision, shortening of the penile skin may occur as a result of excessive removal of the penile skin. In this case, the problem is solved by increasing the size of the penile skin by using Z plasty, V-Y advancement methods, or skin grafts.
Sometimes an overweight person may have a buried penis. In this case, the fats in that area are removed, increasing the size and visibility of the penis and elongation in the penis. Again, one of the methods used to increase the penis length is to extend the connection between the penis and the scrotum to make the scrotum and penis appear independent of each other. In this way, the length of the lower part of the penis appears to be extended.
Surgeries
Fat injections, composite tissue transfers, and fillers are frequently used in penis enlargement surgeries. Among these methods, the most frequently used one is fat injections. As a personal preference, I prefer fat injection in penis enlargement surgeries.
Fat injection is the process of transferring the fat taken from another part of the body to another area in the same person after special processes.
Approximately 40% of the fat transferred can remain permanently after 6 months. Fats remaining after 6 months are permanent for life. It does not change after this period. Since 40% of the oils transferred in the penis remain, I inject more than I need. What remains after the melted parts are melted is enough for us. However, especially large amounts or excessive fat injection does not increase the success. In such a case, the fats melt more and reduce the fats that have other life potential.
No matter how successful the fat injection is in the penis, it may need to be repeated in some cases. Again, although the patients are satisfied with the result of penis extenders, they may request penis enlargement surgery once more after 6 months.
